These terms describe the conditions for using the Verdant Zenith website and its educational planning features. By using the site, you agree to follow them.
1. Educational purpose
Catalog descriptions and learning materials are educational information. They do not guarantee a particular creative, professional, commercial, or personal result.
2. Site access
You may browse the public pages for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated activity that burdens the service.
3. Catalog and pricing information
Course titles, formats, descriptions, and prices are presented for planning. Details may change before enrollment, and the cart on this static site does not process payment or create an enrollment contract.
4. Browser tools
Fallows and Cart are local browser features. Clearing storage, changing browsers, or using private browsing may remove their contents. Users are responsible for reviewing selections before contacting the studio.
5. Intellectual property
Verdant Zenith copy, lesson structure, visual identity, and original materials belong to Verdant Zenith or its licensors. You may read and use purchased educational material for personal learning, but may not reproduce, resell, or publish it without permission.
6. User communications
You must provide accurate information in a contact inquiry and must not submit abusive, unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content. We may decline requests that compromise safety or service integrity.
7. Third-party services
The site uses the Tailwind CSS CDN for presentation. External providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. Verdant Zenith is not responsible for services outside its control.
8. Availability and warranties
The website is provided on an availability basis. We work to keep content accurate and accessible but do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every page will suit every device or purpose.
9. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Verdant Zenith is not responsible for indirect loss arising from use of the planning tools, loss of browser-stored data, or reliance on general educational information.
10. Changes and governing process
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after publication of an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
